Actually, yeah, I've wanted to reacquaint myself with his stuff for a while. I've seen his stand-up, but not for some time, and I remember when he died a lot of people were speaking of him in the same breath as Carlin and Pryor. I remember being surprised by it because, while I thought he was damn funny, I hadn't remembered him being THAT funny. The only thing I can remember about his stand-up was a bit he did about the Beatles, and he was waving his mic stand around, pretending he was one of the other Beatles trying to scrape Ringo off the ceiling.

Netflix, here I come!

That was also the first time I saw him, in a little comedy central clip from the days when they had MST3K. That's Bill at his tamest because as we all know, they wouldn't air the GREAT Carlin, Pryor or Lenny Bruce stuff. Take those three, add the Joker, Jesus, the combined weight of Americans' hate, ignorance and fat converted into raw magma, and the combined wisdom of a galaxy spanning civilization and there you had Bill.
